Livin’ my best cruisin’ life

 The Graf winery in South Africa had a beautiful collection of sculpture and lovely grounds. I thought I would post a few more pictures .

 Today we visited two of the most popular South African winery regions. What a fantastic experience! We visited three wineries with Kristy and Richard Eisenberg. We sampled some fantastic wines, delicious cheeses and fabulous breads. The scenery was some of the most beautiful I’ve seen-it put the Barossa and Napa Valley to shame !

 

 I previously posted pictures of elephants, zebra, and kudus. Here are some more shots including a very  angry warthog and a dung beetle. We also saw a lioness,  but she wouldn’t come near enough for a picture-which might have been a good thing! There were no fences here!

 Well there weren’t any bears-not in Africa. And tigers are found in India, but we saw the others at Addo park! And we got some great pictures of them!

 Interestingly, the pilot who takes the ship into snd out of the harbor here cannot use the traditional pilot boat. It seems the current is too strong here so the pilot arrived via helicopter! The crew cleared the ship’s back pool deck and the pilot landed there! I just managed to get a shot of the departing helicopter, along with some scenes at dusk,
