 Our second winery snd lunchtime spot was Lambert Winery. We had delicious food, accompanied by four lovely wines. John and I loved the Chocolatier port and brought some back to sip on the balcony.

John’s Birthday

 John’s 72nd birthday was celebrated yesterday at sea on the way to the Canary Islands. We had a lovely breakfast in the dining room, where the waiters sang Happy Birthday in Indonesian! Upon returning to our stateroom, we were surprised by a visit from room service with a birthday cupcake and note from the Captain. In the evening we ate at the Pinnacle Grill with friends and John had a special birthday cake. While we were eating , our room stewards decorated the cabin for another birthday surprise!
